1. Captures Signal – An external antenna (usually mounted on a rooftop, vehicle, or exterior wall) detects weak cellular signals from nearby cell towers. These signals include both voice and data across specific frequency bands (e.g., 4G LTE, 5G).

2. Transmits Signal – The captured signal travels via low-loss coaxial cable to the SIgnal Booster. Higher-quality cables minimize signal loss during this transfer.

3. Amplifies Signal – The booster increases the signal strength exponentially (e.g., by 30x to 70x) using internal circuitry. Modern boosters adjust gain automatically to avoid interference.

4. Distributes Signal – The boosted signal is sent through additional coaxial cable to an indoor antenna (panel, dome, or omnidirectional type), which broadcasts it evenly across the target area (home, office, vehicle).

Key components: Donor antenna (external), amplifier, interior antenna, and cabling. Performance depends on proximity to towers, building materials, and booster power (measured in dB gain).
